90 Day Hassle-Free Exchange Policy

Our exchange process is simple and hassle-free. If for any reason you want to exchange your new unworn/unwashed items, just contact us via email at support@cgforlife.com and let us know.  We will send you a link to download a prepaid return shipping label.  Just send your item back to us and as soon as the post office picks it up we'll send your new order out at no charge to you! 

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us.

 

90 Day Refund Policy

If you would like to return your unworn/unwashed items for a refund, simply ship it back to us along with a copy of your order confirmation or confirmation number and the reason for the return. Merchandise returns within 90 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note, all clearance items are final sale and no refunds are accepted.

Your returned/exchanged item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Items that are not in new condition may be denied a return/exchange. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days.  Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.
